Mitch Ellis is the Owner and Managing Director of Validus Partners. He began his executive search career in 1982. In 1997, he opened the St. Louis area office for Sanford Rose Associates, a large international executive search group. Since then, he has established a proven track record focused exclusively on executive-level retained search on a national and international basis. In 2009, his office began operating as Validus Partners. Mitch has successfully completed senior-level executive searches for large companies including Panasonic, Siemens, Alcatel, and International Flavors and Fragrances, as well as numerous small- to mid-sized companies.
